Quick Ways to Write Great Content
Getting your content to stand out against the rest of the world’s content could be very difficult, but if you do it right you could find yourself getting your content seen much more then many others. These follows tips could really help you get seen and not take you tons of time to do.
Descriptive Titles
Your title should right away pull your readers in. Some people are very creative with their titles, but there are others that are right to the point, it doesn’t matter how you do it as long as it makes your readers want to read it. A reader is looking at the title to know what it is about, so you need to make your title your introduction to your page. Don’t jerk your reader around and give them a title that’s not relevant to the page.
Direct Address
Write like you are talking with someone. If you make your articles sound like you are having a conversation with the reader they’ll be more likely to continue reading, so make your personality shine and type how you’d talk, yet professional.
Clear Language
When it comes to web content you don’t know who’s reading your content so ensure that it is understandable to everyone, meaning avoid the use of any slang or expressions that others may not be aware of. Consider including examples to make things easier for some readers to understand.
Break Things Up
Make your content user friendly by breaking things up into sections. Within your introduction explain what will be throughout the content and your main idea. Include sub headings as well for new ideas or areas of information so if someone is searching for certain information they can quickly find it. You want your content to be scannable easily, so having things broken up will really make it easier to navigate through.
Summarize Content
You want to include a summary of your content of all your main points so people can really understand what was talked about within your article. Let’s use this article as an example and I’ll summarize everything that I’ve included as main points:
